Khadoor Sahib MP Amritpal Singh appeared before the Punjab and Haryana High Court via video conferencing, stating his detention under the NSA has hindered his parliamentary work for the constituency.

He submitted that his inability to attend Parliament affects his constitutional role.

The court has adjourned the matter for further hearing.
