ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰੇਰਾ ਨੇ ਓਮੈਕਸ “ਦ ਲੇਕ” ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਵਿਚ 4-ਬੈਡਰੂਮ ਫਲੈਟ ਲਈ ਦੇਰੀ ਤੋਂ ₹34 ਲੱਖ ਵਿਆਜ (10.80% ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸਾਲ) ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਖਰੀਦਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ 12 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2023 ਨੂੰ ਫਲੈਟ ਖਰੀਦਿਆ ਸੀ। ਬਿਲਡਰ ਨੂੰ 90 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।
