Mohali: Hon'able Speaker Punjab Assembly Er. Kultar Singh Sandhwan is an alumini of Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College Bidar where he did his BE Automobile in 1993-97. Bidari fraternity very actively supported him in his MLA election, after his victory and nomination as Speaker all wished to congratulate him personally. So, an event was organised at PCA Mohali last night on 17 April 2022 and in large number Management from GNDEC Bidar Chairman Balbir Singh, Vice Chairman Madam Reshma Kaur, Mohd. Abdul Gaffar. Dean Guru Prasad Kulkarni and Ex Principal Wg Cdr SS Randhawa and Prof Balbir Singh Warden Ex HOD MBA graced the ocassion. Mrs. Reshma Kaur in her address congratulated Sandhwan and felt proud of his achievement. Wg Cdr Randhawa who was principal when Kultar studied shared old memories and blessed him for his future in politics. In his speech Speaker narrated many stories of staff members and students and got loud applause. He felt indebted to Principal and teachers and thanked all who came from far and near to wish him, Students from 1980 to 2009 batch joined the dinner, dr. Ravinder kaur Prof. of Geography in her welcome address thanked Mr Sandhwan for sparing his valuable time. Dr Harinder Pal Singh, Dr, Jasbir Singh Khalsa and Er. Bhupinder Singh Walia who arranged all the event thanked Kultar Singh Sandhwan, college Management and all students who made this function a great success.
